In Puppy Foundations I, we cover a variety of skills and common issues including jumping up on people, impulse control, and bite inhibition. We address these issues using impulse control and brain games, in addition to providing in-home strategies that you can implement in between lessons. By using these proven humane practices, you will be able to reduce and eventually eliminate unwanted behavior.
Expected 5-week curriculum:
- How to focus on you
- How to Sit and Down reliably across all environments
- Impulse control games to prevent door dashing and jumping
- Hand targeting: and you will learn why this skill is important in teaching advanced skills.
- How to go to "place", including a relaxation protocol
