For Consultations:
Once your form has been submitted you will receive a copy of your form as a confirmation. This will come to you via email from JotForm. I will get a copy of  your form instantly into my in box. We will plan to meet on the date and time you have selected.
For Training:
If you are submitting a form for Adult or Puppy manners I will send you an email with the start date.
